We’ll work together to process parenting stressors and help find individualized strategies and resources to fit your family. We hope that you’ll walk away feeling empowered and re-energized.


WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • 25 minutes of undivided attention and support from a highly-trained therapist

  • practical parenting strategies that can be easily implemented into your life

  • personalized resources and recommendations (e.g. books, apps, and communication strategies)

  • if requested, we’re happy to help you find a great therapist that’s right for your family


JUST TO CLARIFY:

  • a parenting check-in is not a therapy session

  • a parenting check-in is a one-time, collaborative conversation with a therapist
